UAE detects 305 new coronavirus cases, 1 death

DUBAI: The UAE recorded 305 new coronavirus infections after conducting more than 40,000 coronavirus tests for the past 24 hours, state news agency WAM reported.
The total number of cases now stand at 57,498.
One patient also died from COVID-19, taking the country’s death toll to 339, the health ministry said.
Another 343 people meanwhile were cleared of COVID-19 infections, bringing patient recoveries to 49,964.
